Orders ship within 3–5 business days. I currently ship within the United States only.

Each piece is carefully packaged to protect the hand‑painted Talavera finish. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

For quality assurance, I record the packing of each order to document the condition of the item before shipment.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered.
