Our Return & Refund Policy

Because our Talavera-style Mexican folk art and rare Ohio studio originals are individually hand-painted, fragile, and completely one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. > Once a piece leaves our port, it cannot easily make the journey back safely. We take immense care to photograph every single angle of our vibrant treasures so you know exactly what beautiful art is arriving at your door.

Damages and Issues: In the rare event that the sea gets rough and your pottery arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at potterypirate@gmail.com or (614) 633-5377 within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging, and we will absolutely work with you to make it right!
